Inspecting visit of The Ritz-Carlton Berlin

The five-star The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin, relies on induction from MENU SYSTEM. During a visit to the factory in St.Gallen, F&B boss Martin Lisson and technical manager Markus Schmidt were convinced by the vertical range of manufacture and the outstanding technical refinements installed inside the cooker system.
Martin Lisson is visibly looking forward to inspecting the new cooker system during his visit to the factory. The production was preceded by a careful evaluation and identification process. Because the stove has to meet extremely high demands, as he says:
