The Lausanne Palace Spa has become a veritable institution in the Vaud city, where both international and local guests feel completely at home. This is not least due to the varied and diverse
cuisine served in the hotel, which has attained a remarkable level of quality under the direction of multi-award-winning Executive Chef Edgard Bovier. Now the kitchen of the hotel’s own “Brasserie Grand-Chêne” has been fully renovated – among other things incorporating a customised multifunctional Menu Systems AG induction cooking suite.
