Inductively versatile – the Menu System multi-cooker

All kinds of preparation in wet cooking mediums are possible in the Menu System multi-cooker – from blanching, boiling, steaming, regeneration to cooking in a sous vide. Vegetables, potatoes, meat and fish can be cooked in preparation and kept ready for service. Pasta dishes are prepared to order as boiling water is always available. The hobs are freed up by the multi-cooker for other cooking methods. Power is regulated continuously and precisely to +/- 1 degree. The precision and response speed of the electronic temperature control has been combined with the energy efficiency and performance of the latest induction technology on the Menu System multi-cooker.
