Stuttgart - Intergastra Trade Fair


Florian Stolte, Chef de Cuisine of the Köhlerstube in the Traube Tonbach, celebrated his skills and indulged our guests at this year’s Intergastra. As a complete professional, he understood the benefits of a professional cooking suite and is already looking forward to the new suite, which is already manufactured and will soon grace his kitchen.   We would like to congratulate the winner of the young team competition.   Traube Tonbach is at the forefront, both amongst trainee chefs and amongst restaurant/hotel trainees. Rosina Ostler, chef, clearly won the competition, as did her team colleague Franziska Lösch on the service side.
